Sommer am Main was a project by the City of Frankfurt that closed Mainkai (the street) for several weeks last summer, transforming it into a vibrant urban space designed to bring people together. With sports, cultural events, live music, and chill areas featuring food stalls, the project created a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly riverside where people could relax and connect. I had the honor of documenting this project, shooting and editing two aftermovies – a short and a longer version.
